We are a special class – kind, polite, and happy! This term, our theme is Cynefin, and we’re looking forward to learning a lot about the places that are important to us in Wales and the world around us. If you have any useful resources, the children are very welcome to bring them into school.
We will be using Google Classrooms to share information, tasks, and activities with the children and their families. To learn more about how it works, please read the information attached under the heading ‘Google Classrooms’.
In 5C, we want everyone to feel like part of a family. These are the important things that 5C agreed on for this year – things that help make our classroom a great place to be:
Belonging – Belonging means we feel like we are part of the class. We feel comfortable, safe, and know that there is a place for us here. Everyone is important and accepted.
Respect – Respect means we treat each other equally. We listen to everyone, speak kindly, and take care of things and people around us.
Humour – Humour means we can laugh together. It’s okay to have fun, but we make sure it doesn’t hurt anyone. Humour helps make the classroom a happy place.
Love – Love means we care for each other. We show support, help when someone needs it, and are kind every day.
Friendship – Friendship means we have friends in the class. We play together, share, and support each other as a team.
