Reception

Welcome to the Dosbarth Derbyn!

We are a lively, kind and enthusiastic class! We are happy and busy children who love to learn through singing and dancing every day. We enjoy experimenting, discovering new things, and playing creatively in our learning areas. Our theme this term is 'Cynefin - My little world', and we are learning about the people, places and things that make our world special. We show love, kindness and respect in Reception! Exciting things happen every day, and we love learning through play!

Together we have chosen 3 needs for our class this year which are:

Kindness - being friendly, helpful, and considerate of others and our environment

Friendship - building strong and loving relationships with each other

Respect- Caring for each other and looking after the class property.

Our PE sessions will be on Mondays - we ask if the children can come dressed in suitable and comfortable clothes (no jewellery). We provide a healthy snack every day and offer milk or water. Snack money can be paid each term on Parentpay.
